My recent dining experience at Pranam Restaurant was nothing short of delightful. The restaurant is known for its extensive menu and inviting ambiance, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout our meal.
The variety of starters on the menu is impressive, catering to all kinds of tastes. The selection ranged from classic vegetarian options to an array of mouth-watering non-vegetarian dishes. We decided to try a few starters, and they were all packed with flavor. However, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the chicken starter stuffed with cheese and smoked in the tandoor. The chicken was tender and juicy, while the smoky flavor from the tandoor added an extra layer of richness. The melted cheese inside was a delightful surprise, blending perfectly with the smoky, spiced exterior. It was a dish that truly stood out and is a must-try for anyone visiting the restaurant.
Moving on to the main course, Pranam offers an extensive selection of Mughlai dishes that are sure to please lovers of rich and aromatic cuisine. The Mughlai dishes we tried were cooked to perfection, with each dish featuring a perfect balance of spices. The flavors were authentic, and the portion sizes were generous. The naan bread was soft and buttery, complementing the rich gravies beautifully.
Overall, the taste of the food and the overall dining experience at Pranam Restaurant were excellent. The variety, especially in starters and Mughlai food, ensures that there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend Pranam Restaurant for anyone looking for a satisfying and memorable dining experience...
Read moreTitle: Disappointing Experience at Pranam Hotel, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
My recent visit to Pranam Hotel in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite the promising ambiance and decor, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to several critical issues, primarily revolving around the service and food quality.
Firstly, the service at Pranam Hotel was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, resulting in delays and confusion throughout the dining experience. Despite a relatively quiet evening, it took an unreasonably long time for our orders to be taken and even longer for them to be served. This lack of efficiency significantly detracted from the overall dining pleasure.
The quality of the food, unfortunately, did not compensate for the service shortcomings. The sabji (vegetable dish) we ordered arrived disappointingly cold, rather than piping hot as one would expect. This lack of freshness and warmth greatly impacted the taste and enjoyment of the dish. Furthermore, even basic items like naan took an excessive amount of time to reach our table, leaving us waiting impatiently for a substantial part of the meal.
In summary, my experience at Pranam Hotel in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai was marred by subpar service and unsatisfactory food quality. While the ambiance may be appealing, it fails to mask the glaring issues in execution. Considering the multitude of dining options available in the area, I would hesitate to recommend Pranam Hotel until significant improvements are made in both service efficiency and food...
Read moreRating is actually 0.5 for a meek sorry that came out of the mouth of the staff managing tables.
Absolutely poor service in terms of seat management. Went there yesterday at around 9:45 pm (2 adults+ 1 kid - 7 yrs). There was no one waiting except us. We could see an empty table for four being cleaned out and were told to wait for 2 minutes. A family of five (incl 2 kids probably same age as mine) walked up right behind us and demands to go in saying the kids were restless.
What happens? The family of 5 gets seated on the table for four and we are now asked to wait for 5 minutes till another table gets vacant.
Gave a piece of my mind to the staff managing tables and walked off without waiting a second more!!!
Was disgusted with the behaviour of the person managing the tables. Questions to the hotel management- Why get pressurised by behaviour of families that demand preference than wait their turn? It's your restaurant. Your customers need to follow your protocols. How do you conclude that a kid (or any customer) from a family waiting patiently is not as restless or hungry as compared to another that comes later? Had there already been 2/3 other families waiting, would you have still given that family a table before the other 3 families were seated?
Or is it that one customer lost would not make a difference?
Anyway, you lost a walk-in and an online customer for life, just because of...
