I visited this outlet for three days, and unfortunately, the staff was not at all cooperative. The air conditioning seems to have only two settings – either running at 16 degrees or completely off. Despite making several requests when the café wasn’t crowded, the staff ignored me as if they hadn’t heard anything.

Staff Amit was badly coughing without covering his mouth. I brought it to the Manager’s (Samunder) notice and he asked Amit to go and wear a mask ASAP but after 2 hours also I saw Amit was not wearing any mask and was badly coughing without covering mouth.
