Dear friends,|I had a very disappointing experience at this waterfall hotel,Delhi Paschim Vihar area. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were far below expectations, and the room was not properly maintained. The service was extremely poor—staff were unresponsive and unhelpful when issues were reported. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable. For the price charged, the quality and service provided were unacceptable.|Even after contacting the hotel manager directly, there was no satisfactory support or solution provided. The attitude of both the reservation staff and the manager was very poor and unhelpful. Such lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.|I was shocked to find that the food and drinking water provided by the hotel were past their expiry date. This is a very serious health and safety concern. Serving expired items shows extreme negligence and lack of care for guests. Such practices are unacceptable and raise serious doubts about the hotel’s hygiene and management standards.|My stay was very uncomfortable as the room AC was not working, and despite informing the staff, no timely action was taken. The room service was also extremely poor and unresponsive. Such negligence in basic facilities and guest comfort is unacceptable for any hotel.|During my stay, the hotel lift was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Despite raising the issue, no proper solution or assistance was provided. For a hotel, having a functional lift is a basic necessity, and this failure reflects very poor maintenance and management.|The reception staff’s behavior was very disappointing. Their communication was unprofessional and the way they spoke to customers was rude and disrespectful. Reception is the first point of contact in any hotel, and such poor attitude leaves a very negative impression. Proper training in hospitality and customer service is urgently needed|The hotel cleanliness was very poor, and the room was not properly maintained. The bed and pillows were in terrible condition, unhygienic, and uncomfortable. Such lack of cleanliness and basic upkeep is unacceptable for any hotel stay.|The room telephone was not working during my stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience in contacting reception and room service. Basic facilities like this should be properly maintained in a hotel. Read moreI stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding in Delhi. We had three small family functions in this place itself and the wedding in another location.
Pros: Hotel is in a good location and right on the centre of a highway. Rooms are not that bad and not completely a rundown building Room size is pretty good with a sofa, bed, small bedside tables, coffee table, etc. Food is good. Breakfast spread is not great. It's an average spread with two main items, sandwich and eggs. We had other meals also from the restaurant and it was pretty decent except for tea. Tea had high sugar content and elaichi just like a kheer. I got hot water in the room throughout the day
Cons: Never ever visit this place expecting good treatment or service. Room service or housekeeping never tend to any of ur needs. They provide water only when housekeeping people does the cleaning and cleaning happens only if you are occupying the room. Since we were attending a wedding event, we were not in the room on first day and the room was not cleaned, plus we did not get water. We called room service multiple times to get water and finally we had to go to reception and shout at the person to get water. Even after that we got it after an hour. Similarly, we had ordered milk for our baby but it din come even after reminding them twice. Finally we had to go to the kitchen area and ask them again. There is a small store room near restaurant and it is infested with rats. Attaching a pic here. There is some issue with room key cards. If it works in the morning, it won't work in the evening. During our stay for three nights, the issue happened four times. We had 15 rooms and this happened in at least 6 of the rooms. Each time some new person attended to the issue and each one had a different story to it. The lift is capable of holding 8 people at a time as per the info installed inside the lift. But the security allowed only 4 to travel. Tea bags and tea cups are provided in the room. But no spoon. There was nothing available to stir in the sugar. One tea cup was broken. One of the staff spilt gravy on three of the guests while clearing the plates and the guy just ran into kitchen and vanished. He din help with cleaning up neither did he apologise. We had haldi ceremony in the restaurant area. We booked the hall for this time. While the function was going on, some workers came in to fix the door of the hall. Door fixing happened during the event and no one seems bothered to even ask for permission provided we booked the hall for our function. We checked in after 10.30pm which was way past the normal checkin time. But still the room was not cleaned. The room was cleaned after we requested post checkin. This happened with at least 2 rooms.
Considering the attitude and service, I would say paying 2500/- per night for this place is not...
