My experience at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar was nothing short of exceptional, marking it as a top-tier destination for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel distinguishes itself through its excellent conference facilities, which are among the best I've encountered. Equipped with modern technology and spacious layouts, these facilities cater to all types of business events, making them seamless and productive.
The staff at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar deserves special accolades for their professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth. From the moment of arrival to departure, their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Whether it was the front desk, conference support, or dining services, the level of service was consistently outstanding, contributing significantly to the quality of my stay.
While the hotel offers a plethora of amenities and services that enhance the guest experience, there was a minor issue that caught my attention. The corridor on the 12th floor had a noticeable smell emanating from the carpet, which detracted from the otherwise impeccable standards of the hotel. However, given the overall excellence experienced during my stay, this issue seems relatively minor and easily addressable.
Dining at the hotel was a pleasure, with a variety of restaurants offering diverse cuisines that cater to all tastes. The quality of food, coupled with the ambiance and service, made each meal a delightful experience.
In conclusion, Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar stands out as a premier choice for those seeking luxury, comfort, and efficiency in New Delhi. With its superior conference facilities, dedicated staff, and comprehensive services, it ensures a memorable stay. I am confident that the management will address the minor concern regarding the 12th-floor corridor, maintaining the high standards they...
Read more⭐ 1-Star Review: "A Ruined Birthday Experience — Deeply Disappointed at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar"
I have never written such a harsh review in my life, but the experience my family and I had at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar deserves to be shared publicly.
We had booked this property for my child’s first birthday, after being assured multiple times that we could have a simple photoshoot inside the hotel premises. We travelled from different parts of India — and some of our family members even came from Dubai — to make this day special. But on the day that truly mattered, the hotel staff shamelessly refused what they had promised.
There was no empathy, no effort to understand the situation, and absolutely no sense of accountability. Instead of celebrating a milestone, we were left standing helplessly, watching an entire plan fall apart because of their unprofessionalism.
Special mention of Bharat, who handled the situation with complete insensitivity and arrogance— not even a hint of regret or basic courtesy. It takes a lot for a brand to lose all respect in one interaction, but this team managed it effortlessly.
To make things worse, the bathroom water was leaking, the basin was clogged, and the overall maintenance was nowhere near what one expects from a 5-star hotel. When you charge premium rates, the least you can offer is dignity, honesty, and functioning rooms — not humiliation and excuses.
This was not just poor service — it was the ruining of a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar should remember that hospitality is not about fancy lobbies, it’s about people — and when your staff fails at that, everything else collapses.
I sincerely hope higher management reads this and takes immediate corrective action, because no family should ever go through...
Read moreAbsolutely disappointing experience, nowhere close to Radisson standards
We booked a stay at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar over Diwali to be close to our friends for the festivities, expecting a comfortable and premium experience. What we got instead was a total letdown.
The first room we were given was in terrible shape: there was mold inside the mirror, pan stains on the wall, dirty flooring, and even visible handprints on the mirror. To top it off, the room phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call housekeeping or reception. Our luggage didn’t arrive for ages, and we had to physically go downstairs to sort things out.
We were then “upgraded” to a suite, which turned out to be barely an improvement. The toilet was leaking, the walls were damp, and the décor was just garish with red and white panels that looked more like a cheap banquet hall than a hotel suite. Half the ceiling lights didn’t work, the switchboard labels were wiped off, so turning on any light was pure guesswork. The phones again didn’t work, so there was no way to contact anyone without walking all the way down.
When we raised these issues, the front desk lady just stood there with no response, completely unhelpful and expressionless. The supervisor apologized, but honestly, by that point the experience had gone from disappointing to downright frustrating.
For a property under the Radisson Blu name, this was pathetic with poorly maintained rooms, zero attention to detail, and indifferent service. Definitely not worth the money or the brand reputation.
Never returning, and absolutely would not recommend this...
