Little Chef — Restaurant in Paschim Vihar

From the best to now the WORST ..Useful review..

I have been a Little Chef customer since 2011, and I was in love with their food. The chilli potatoes that they used to make, were the best in Delhi.. best that I have ever had. Also their Paneer Kathi roll and Noodles were unmatched in taste. Quality and Quantity all 10/10. I have seen Little Chef going from a very small shop at the back side of Al to a full dining restaurant near Jwala Heri market. I have seen Little Chef beating all the nearby competitors. It used to be my go to place to eat with friends. It's now 10 years I am dining/ ordering from this place

BUT BUT

BUT things have quite changed in these 10 years... It makes me immense SAD to acknowledge that since 2019 there is a huge degradation in the quality. The taste is not the same that it's used to be back then. For example, I ordered Chilli Potato, sometimes its too salty, sometimes its soggy... Once they added so much chilli that you could barely take more then two bites. Same experience with other items, sometimes they will cook it perfectly and sometimes it's a total disaster. It's bad up to the level where you are forced to throw the food.

Also I would like to report a serious issue, sometimes I have felt that the oil that they used is bad/stale. I have had digestive issues after eating it. This should be taken seriously by Little Chef and should be acted on immediately.

The next time I order from Little Chef, I wish I don't have to call the restaurant and say "Bhaiya main apka purana customer hun. Please aaj so and so item ache se cook karna. Oil ka dhiyan rakhna. And fresh bhejna" I hope Little Chef reads this and gets awesome again. I am sure they will kick out all the competitiors once again.

UPDATE:

I see a lot of people commenting about falling ill after eating their food. This is actually true. As I have also mentioned the same previously, I also got ill twice after eating their food. This is really serious! There is clearly no hygiene, which is very obvious when you visit...

Visited after Lock 🔐 Down They have changed the staff or what was the season for their worst service ever I have no clue...

First took hell load of time to prepare food even on a Thursday when it is not a weekend and hardly there was rush.

Second food was cold 🥶

Third the food was burnt later and see the momos in pic all broken

Fourth calculations in the bill was incorrect.. he was charging Rs 100 extra what my bill was.. later when I checked and asked him to check the calculations again .. he gave the most stupidest smile possible..

Do check ur bill b4 u pay.. they charge anything.... This has happened with multiple customers there.. So...

This place went from the best to the worst in just a few months. They have replaced the chefs, food quality has degraded significantly. Quantity is nowhere near as it was a few months ago. Ordered 3 spiciest kind of kathi rolls yesterday Mexican salsa, peri-peri, barbeque, all of them are supposed to have spicy sauces in them but instead i got tomato ketchup. The order of double stuffing wasn't worth it. Service has become lousy, had to wait for a lot of 40 minutes to get the food. No table service manners as were before, had to take the water and the sauce containers ourselves they Just increased the price of every item . Not gonna refer to...
