South Indian dosa, sambhar and coconut chutney are a delicious and nutritious combination that is popular in many parts of India and abroad. Here is some information about these dishes:

Dosa is a thin and crispy pancake made from a fermented batter of rice and black gram. It is cooked on a hot griddle with oil or ghee and can be served plain or with various fillings such as potatoes, onions, cheese, etc. Dosa is rich in carbohydrates and protein and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner

Sambhar is a South Indian lentil and vegetable stew made with pigeon pea lentils, tamarind and a unique spice blend called sambhar powder. It is a staple dish in South Indian homes and is also equally popular and loved by many. A basic sambhar recipe will have a mix or one or two types of vegetables along with lentils, tamarind, sambhar powder and a few spices. A good sambhar powder always yields a good and tasty sambhar.Sambhar is healthy as well as nutritious being rich in protein and also other nutrients like vitamins, minerals etc as its made from both lentils and vegetables

Coconut chutney is a traditional South Indian condiment made by blending fresh coconut meat with chillies, cumin, ginger and salt. It is later optionally tempered with oil, mustard seeds, dried red chilies, asafoetida and curry leaves. Coconut chutney originated from the South Indian cuisine. It is most often served with breakfast or snack dishes.Coconut chutney is a good source of healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants.

These three dishes complement each other very well and create a balanced and satisfying meal. They are also easy to make and can be customized according to one’s taste and preference. If you want to try them at home, you can find some recipes here: Dosa recipe, Sambhar...

The staff is really nice and the location is also perfect I have tried south Indian food which was tasty however the Chinese food was average but if you are searching for south India food then you should visit this. The price range is also pocket friendly. The sitting arrangement is also there so you can visit it with your family. The staff is very humble and they will take care of everything. Most of the restaurants are self service based restaurants , but not here. I recommend you to try at least dosa whenever you...
