NIK BAKER'S — Restaurant in Patiala

Nik Bakers Patiala unlike their other outlets is quite spacious and adequate for a family visit every alternative weekend if you aren't bothered by their overpriced menu. The quality you get is great no questions in that and in a place like Patiala where more and more outlets are benefitting from a great jump in consumerism in the recent years an upscale bakery like Nik Bakers is good. Service is great like always, courteous and well informed staff. Their washrooms are messy but clean to an acceptable manner. Interiors are nice and spacious, seating is ergonomically good when you're consuming food. The concept of offering the new items as taste tester is superb and should be implemented everywhere. Coming to food, we ordered several things. Tandoori Pizza is completely skippable please if you really really need to have a pizza only then order. Bagel with cream cheese is subtle and great. Cake shakes are good, try their Strawberry Gateau cake shake (still overpriced but justified). Their healthy veg sandwich is just a sandwich with fancy bread (well it's a bakery). Roasted mutton slider (mini burger) is one thing you may try and you might like as well, avoid the Peri Peri slider. Cheese Garlic bread is good. The overall experience was nice and quite satisfactory and would definitely visit again for sure. Music of this place is great and I think they have a great playlist. The guards appointed for assistance does what they are supposed to and are humble in helping you out. A bakery like this in Patiala is surely a great pusher for others to up their game in the same segment or less. I would like to see more tailored items for this branch and preferably some offers for students...

Nick Baker’s have been our goto spot whenever we are in Patiala. We have tried few of their Dishes and Drinks which are mentioned below :-

Blueberry Cheesecake :- I tries their cheesecake and fell in love with it. I have tried cheesecakes in other bakeries as well but this one is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Paneer Grilled Sandwich :- Though it is yummy but the price is too much just for a sandwich so 👎🏻

Paneer Tikka Bagel :- I did not enjoy the taste of bagel did not seem freshly made.👎🏻

Cheesy Fries :- as name suggests it was too cheesy not my taste.

Frech Fries :- I love their French Fries mist mist must try 👍🏻👍🏻

Garlic Bread & Cheese :- Their Garlic bread is yumm freshly made do try👍🏻👍🏻

Potato Wedges :- Not a fan of Wedges bit if u do like them do try

Cheese chilli Bruschetta :- Tasted good a slight treat with your coffee.👍🏻

Veg Hot Dog :- Their veg sausage inside hotdog is yummmyy

Farm Fresh Pizza :- I have tried their pizzas multiple times but not a fan have had good ones👎🏻

Mushroom Alfredo veg Pasta :- It was under seasoned. Did not like the taste👎🏻

Veg(Paneer) Kathi Roll :- It is good in taste with fries on the sides👍🏻👍🏻

Chocolate Eclair :-tasted ok

Hazelnut Cappucino :- Good in taste but a little heavy

Caramel Cappucino :- Tasted Good bit slight sweeter

Triple sec Mocha :- Not a big fan

Caramel Mocha :- Too sweet

Cafe Mocha :- Bit chocolatey but i love their mocha cafe👍🏻👍🏻

Swiss choco Frappe :- Good in taste

P.S :- They have good food and yummy Coffees

Ambience is good. Service is good. Slightly on higher side of price especially...

Very bad experience. We ordered one mutton puff and a chicken puff. It was a very awful bit to take. The chicken was so dry and the puff was terrible. The mutton puff was full of oil. It was a dreaded experience to eat it. On top of it the price of each was ₹150/-. That was another bad feeling. We paid so much money for the puff and the quality we get was atrocious. We then ordered a chocolate eclair and the eclair was so hard that you could not cut through it. If this is a bakery run by a baker from Australia, he should know well about eclairs. What a pitiable situation. I would suggest the baker of Nik Bakers to please watch MasterChef Australia to know how an eclair should be. Please educate yourself. The aesthetics of the restaurant are good, but it is only a show off. Their rates are very costly and their quality is substandard. I never want to visit this restaurant again. They only have a good display and a good ambience but the quality is terrible and the cost is higher...
