I had a horrible experience today ..I booked a kitty & when I reached there was clutter everywhere..cleaning was going on..nobody even attended us..they told me do self service ..owner agreed to me earlier that we ll get service on tables when I booked..so many times I got up to tell them to take order..i talked to the owner he also said to cooperate they hv less staff & after 1 hour also nobody served drinks & snacks. .snacks which I selected were also not prepared..such a rude staff is there..& i felt so upset & harassed that inbetween the kitty ,we left the place & went to another restaurant ...if they can't fulfil then don take bookings ..why to harass...

I'd begin with thanking Mr. Taran for being so proactive, thoughtful and kind. As a person who's allergic to dairy and wheat I generally have very limited options when it comes to enjoying food outside. Most places in India don't serve vegan and wheat free options. Meeting Mr. Taran was amazing as he immediately arranged for a gluten free dish which ws out of the menu. He took the efforts to serve a tasty meal based on my needs. I left feeling so much gratitude. The servicing is great, staff is very well trained and they're extremely customer oriented. I wish them great success as they dese every bit of it.
