Aditya Pure Veg — Restaurant in Pune

By chance ended up here for lunch as it was pure-veg and it was very late already but it was an unfortunate experience 😕

You see that the restaurant isn't hygienic as you enter.. Everywhere there was dirt and it looked so shabby. Waiters are cleaning tables and serving you food simultaneously. I'm afraid they weren't even neatly dressed. I couldn't gather the courage to goto hand wash area. The plates had sauce on them. I had to use tissues to clean them.

First ordered masala papad. They randomly sent stale onions and papad was stinking from a distance. Had to return and get a fresh one which they obliged. Tomato Soup was sweet but lacked salt.

Asked for semi-gravy veg manchurian but got full gravy manchurian which was still good. Liked it. Tandoori roti was crispy, just the way we like it.

Chole Bature wasn't tasty. Tadka dal was mediocre. No salt and no spice, passable. I had requested for extra spicy though.

But still the one who waited our table was polite.. All of them were actually.. But everyone kept bumping near my chair. Restaurant is cramped up.

It wasn't economical either considering there is no AC but I suppose because of located at prime region. Although Now that covid is gone, hygiene nowhere...

Very Bad experience. Patetic service provided. As soon as we were served with out 1st order, immediately the waiter told us in an arrogant manner to wrap up soon as they want to close the restaurant and shut the place soon and repeatedly inaisted to place order immediately else the kitchen will close. Very poorly served food. The orders are not taken properly. Twice the waiter bought us the wrong preapred dish and to add to the saddness also missed my order placed.(even after telling him to note down the order he chose to just memorize my long order and skip a dish) Food taste is not that bad. But the service surely...

Fairly disappointed. I have been to this place couple of times. We ordered from north Indian and south Indian both. Neither could impress me. They messed up twice in the Chutney. If you do not get your coconut chutney right, then I have very little expectation from that place.

The seating is comfortable. I have hardly felt any rush here. I guess I am not alone criticising them. The staff feels untrained and novice. The decor is of a simple eatery, nothing much to notice.
