Elephant and co. Baner is a damn good place if we consider this place by all prospective for a good place to hangout. A perfect restaurant and bar cafe needs good management, good food and beverage ( with good taste as well as quality), good service with friendly, educated staff in the food industry, easy parking availability with valet, and perfect ambience. Elephant and co has achieved all above things that makes this place a 5 star place. My experience with elephant and co is very very good and more than expected happening even that was a weekday ( Tuesday). One of my friend was in town and wanted to hangout outside. I started my analysis for a place to visit to make his experience happening but I was aware that there is not that fun and happening line up in music, people and vibe on weekdays in most of the places. So at least to make sure that food and beverage should be best i choose my long pending bucket list item, that is elephant and co. I was a bit confused about safe car parking because this place is on the main Baner road but they have valet parking with kind drivers. Starting from giving the car to the valet and returning back it was a very great experience with elephant and co. Hostages at the entrance welcome us very nicely and give us the best table among available and as we wanted. Since I went there on weekdays they allow my 8 yr old kid inside and allowed us to seat outside area. But they clarify about they don't allow kids on weekends as there is a lot of smoking going on. They have already mentioned at the entrance that they apply service charge but you can ask the restaurant manager for free shots to redeem that too. We ordered 3 different cocktails, some Asian, Chinese, Italian, oriental food in starter and mains. They have a very uniquely designed menu also like they have a small bite burger and pizza was amazing. All of them are amazing in taste as well as in quality. The captain who attained our table, he was having detailed information about all the dishes and cocktails we asked him. Also we asked him to suggest some best seller cocktails and some dishes in food ,and all of them were damn good. This place gives you relaxing and enjoyable vibes in weekdays where you want to enjoy food, drinks, music in the background ( not loud ), and having conversations with buddies. On the weekend it is as loud as dancing parties. They have a perfect and fixed schedule from Thursday to Monday. Thursday they have Bollywood, Friday Hip hop and Hollywood, Saturdays Hollywood dance & EDM, Sunday it will be techno, and on Monday they have some quiz contests and every winner gets free shots. Every Sunday there is a different brunch menu and on other days till afternoon they have happy hour offers on the selected menu. Apropos to the aforementioned line, 'Elephantastic' is the best adjective that describes this place on a nigh. . ⏩What I had there - . ⏺Drinks - ▶Elephant Sour - If you love red wine & you love whiskey, you haven't lived until you've tried this cocktail. Smooth cocktail paired slightly bitter with whiskey. Topped with fruity flavor of red wine & there you got a perfect combo. ▶Pink Elephant - Nothing better to have on a hot day other than Pink Elephant.Refreshing drinks with fruit flavors & vodka is the new favorite of everyone. Vodka was mixed with cranberry juice. Something so simple with actual twist.Subtle & slightly bitter both went well together. ▶Orange Margarita - The classic & all time favorite drink. Frosty orange margarita with fresh orange juice,lime juice & loads of tequila & triple sec.A reinvigorating cocktail with a nice citrus note from the orange & the perfect balance of alcohol, liquid & sugar. Cottage cheese & vegetable patty served with salsa, cheese & onion. To deck them up I had it with tomato salsa & it turned out to be delicious! Every vegetarian shouldn't miss this.Highly Recommended! ▶Salt & Pepper Water Chestnut - Crispy water chestnuts stir fried in olive oil with garlic & chilli flakes.
