Worst hospitality. The staff is rude and unbothered about the customers. We were asked to change out table because someone else wanted to sit in that place…I really don’t understand how someone can make such a request when you can clearly see that we are still drinking our coffee which we ORDERED and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AT THE STAFFS ATTITUDE TOWARDS THIS SITUATION. How can you accept such requests from other customers. When we were asked to move, we politely said that we didn’t want to move as we were still drinking our coffee (the cafe was not full as well). It was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR from NIBM BRANCH staff PRATIK AND MAHESH. Also the staff is UNATTENTIVE, the other day I had to request them more than thrice to clear our table as we sat and there were used plates of previous customers. FOR MORE THAN AND HOUR I WAS REQUESTING TO CLEAR THE TABLE AND I WAS SITTING IN FRONT OF THOSE USED PLATES FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. I literally went up to the counter thrice to request the same still they did not do the needful. It is not my job to tell you guys to clear the previous clutter. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN FROM PRATIK AND MAHESH. NEVER VISIT THIS BRANCH. Highly unprofessional and unbothered about the customers convenience and comfort. These two employees are the worst. The Korean Bun, Smoked Chicken Ham & Egg Sourdough Sandwich, and Mushroom Scrambled Eggs on Sourdough were all beautifully prepared and full of flavor. For drinks, the Coffee Milkshake and Mixed Berry Smoothie were refreshing and perfectly balanced. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

While the café is located in a mall with paid parking, the overall experience more than makes up for it. With top-notch food, expertly brewed coffee, and great service, Blue Tokai is a must-visit for coffee lovers and food...

Worst customer service pathetic hospitality (NIBM BRANCH). I mean the way your employee speaks is just pathetic. We were sitting outside ordered a coffee and were reading our book, your staff came and asked us to move to a different location as other people wanted to sit at our place we politely denied the request and continued after some time your staff named Mahesh came and asked us to move but his tone was pathetic. We asked him whether we can give the feedback and his reply was yes you can give both positive and negative feedback which shows you guys are not bothered about the negative feedback. On top of that he is showing us some stupid rules instead of asking what happened. This is not at all acceptable the amount we spent in your cafe is insane and you lost valuable customers today. So sad to see the staff behaving in such a rude manner. I will suggest others don’t visit...
