However, when I presented the discount offer to the staff, they outright rejected it without any reasonable explanation. I was shocked and disappointed by their refusal to honor the discount, especially since I had made my reservation based on this offer. It felt like a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and an attempt to deceive customers with false promises.
To make matters worse, the restaurant charged me extra for various items on the menu, claiming they were not covered by the discount. However, nowhere in the terms and conditions or on the Dineout app did it mention any such exclusions. It felt like a dishonest attempt to extract more money from unsuspecting customers.

We ordered chicken lollipop, which turned out to be inedible—overloaded with salt (easily 10 times the acceptable amount) and so overcooked that it was impossible to chew. Hoping for some understanding, we called the manager, Prashant Samal, to share our feedback. Instead of acknowledging our concern or offering an apology, he was dismissive, condescending, and blatantly unprofessional.
What really hurt was his response to our request for a replacement. He accused us of having already eaten three pieces (which wasn’t true) and insisted on replacing only 2-3 pieces of the remaining four. His assumption was baseless and offensive, treating us as though we were trying to take advantage of the situation rather than genuinely expressing dissatisfaction with the food.

Despite having a prior table booking through Zomato, we requested a terrace view table upon arrival. Prashant insisted we take any available table instead of waiting for our preferred spot, which made us feel unwelcome. Fortunately, after a short wait, we got the table we wanted.
When we finished our dinner and paid the bill, we decided to order a pizza. Before we could place the order, Prashant approached us and rudely asked us to vacate the table and move to the dance floor area as other guests were waiting. I informed him that we were about to order more, but he responded in a very disrespectful manner, demanding that we order immediately or leave.
