Visited Burger King today, and it was a blend of good and not-so-great moments. Here’s the breakdown:

✔️ Great ambiance! The café is well-organized, clean, and has a good vibe. ✔️ Super helpful staff! A special shoutout to the female staff member who suggested ordering via mobile for extra discounts—loved that tip! 💡 ✔️ Smooth ordering process with self-order machines and quick service.

❌ The Not-So-Great Stuff:

Cold burgers! Ordered 3 Crispy Chicken Regular Meals & 1 Crispy Veg Regular Meal, but the burgers were not fresh and felt cold.

Size matters! The burgers were way smaller than what’s shown in the images. (Marketing vs. Reality, huh? 😅)

Missing ketchup! Specifically asked for extra ketchup, but didn’t receive it. And guess what? No one was around to assist! Had to walk to the counter myself—kind of inconvenient.

⚡ Final Verdict:

Burger King has good vibes & helpful staff, but food quality & service consistency need improvement. Hope they step up their game! Would love to visit again if they fix these...

Extremely Disappointed with Burger King – Sinhagad Road

We recently ordered the Chicken Fiery Burger, Veg Crispy Whopper Deluxe, and fries — and honestly, it was a huge letdown. What they’ve described in the menu is nowhere close to what we received. All three items had a strange, unpleasant smell that made them feel stale or spoiled. It was honestly disgusting.

As a brand like Burger King, basic hygiene and quality standards should be non-negotiable. This was not just bad food — it felt unhygienic and careless. Totally disappointed, and I would not recommend anyone to order from this outlet. You can’t just sell anything under the name of a popular brand and expect people to be okay with it.
