We had been there for a birthday party of a small kid. We were in the mezzanine that evening. It was quite hot and humid and building power supply had some issue. We had already asked the management if there is a power backup and the management confirmed that they have a power back up, but at the day of the event there was no power back up Neither the head and a technician who who could rectify the issue. The whole birthday party was celebrated with limited lighting and no air-conditioning at all because of which the children as well as their parents did not enjoy the party at all. There was only one staff member out of the four present there who was juggling around between serving in the party as well as trying to get the power back on. The service here is quite slow and not that great. Also I could see only one person who was running around the rest three were giving us looks as if they don’t care. One absolute risk that I came across there was I saw an electric room or a please dedicated for electric equipment was filled with Packing cartons, soft, drink glasses and many other paper items Which was a clear fire risk. The AC was kept off due to less footfall at the time of my visit, suggestion: please keep the AC turned on may be at a higher temp value let's say 26-28 but if a customer comes suddenly and then you turn it on it takes a while to chill the whole atmosphere

There was an issue with the POS with Credit card payment and I saw a group of 6 customers returning back, suggestion: please enable the employees to provide multiple modes of payment to the customer rather than just saying we are calling Managers and looking for updates

I had ordered a Mexican cheese burger, the cheese slice was kept as is not sure if that's the correct way but if the burger was a little hot or cheese slice a little melted it would have enhanced my tastes also the nachos added into my burger was soggy and not crunchy...

I booked the place for my son's Birthday, and at the time of booking no one told me that we have to get the decoration from their vendor. On the day when my event planner reached there, their staff started arguing for the decoration that you have to get it done by their vendors and we denied. At the party time, they were allowing walk-in customers to sit at the area which we have booked for the party which was realy annoying and also unsafe for kids, we ask them for this then the staff rigidly said that they will sit in the party area, above this they also refused to serve cake and the service was very very slow.
