*Stay Away! A Terrible Dining Experience *
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this delightful restaurant. By delightful, I mean, it was an absolutely terrible experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.
Let's start with the menu options - or should I say lack thereof. It was as if the chef had lost all creativity and just decided to stick with the bare minimum. But hey, who needs variety, right?
And if you thought the limited options were bad, wait until you see the portion sizes. The starter was so small, it was as if they were trying to extort us with their high prices. Maybe the chef thought we were all on a diet and didn't want to overindulge, but newsflash - we came to eat!
Now, onto the main course. To my surprise, the restaurant didn't have dinner plates. Nope, they served the main course on the same plates as the starter. When we raised our concerns, they actually had to borrow plates from the next restaurant. Classy.
But let's not forget the highlight of the meal - the frozen, ready-to-cook paratha that was supposedly freshly cooked. It was half cooked, half frozen, and entirely disappointing. And if you were hoping for some daal to go with that sad excuse for a roti, you're out of luck. Apparently, the restaurant doesn't believe in providing bowls.
To top it all off, the food was half-cooked. I'm not sure if the chef was going for a new style of cuisine or if they were just too lazy to fully cook the food, but either way, it was a disaster.
Honestly, this isn't a restaurant, it's a scam to customers. I have no idea how it's managed to receive such high ratings. It's like they've never heard of the concept of customer service.
And as for my team event, well, let's just say that the restaurant managed to spoil it royally. So, if you're looking for a super disappointing dining experience, I wouldn't recommend this place - not even to my...
Read moreGroup of colleagues wanted to catch up after work. Went to WTC and seeing good reviews online decided on this place. We walked in around 7.30 and we were the only ones and that should have given us the indication. We started to order and were told many items weren't available. One guy said masala peanuts wasn't available and another mentioned it's available as they were able to buy the peanuts. Similar instances of couple of other items initially being told not available and soon being told they do have it as they were able to buy the ingredients! Initially we were given melted ice cubes and again few minutes later proper ice cubes as they were to buy it ! We felt they were probably getting the items from the next restaurant. Whatever we ordered was fine. Not bad but not great as well. Pasta was good. So was roti and dal. Overall a weird experience! Not a place I will look forward to going back...
Read moreAn average place to visit! Maybe a heaven for people who love to drink but definitely not a place for non-drinkers. Very limited options for Mocktail had tried their so called special Raspberry Italian soda or something like that and strawberry granitas but to my surprise both tasted the same and even the presentation was similar 🤷♂️ For sides we had honey chilli potato which was actually good and some regular fries and then we decided to have their white sauce spaghetti which was simply bland in taste so then had to order mix sauce pasta which was good and had a decent taste to it, the pizza was very basic and had asked to make it spicy but they didn’t add any spice. To be honest the food isn’t upto mark the amount they charge ,it simply doesn’t feel worth it! Could have been a better experience if the pizza was great but the made the pizza wrong 😑 Ambience it...
