Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Pune

Very bad experience at this place which once use to be the hearthorb of the city.. Cafe Coffee Day as a brand with the taste is always good..the problem with this place is the staff.. The arrogance with which they serve you is actually amazing..and petrifying if you are with your family.. To share an incidence..I asked for a couole of glasses of water for the kids which were with us..a guy called HITESH (on the counter at 0012 hrs on 13 SEP 18) served me one glass and told me sir u can have this one and I will refill it..on telling him that these are for the kids he made an annoying face and served another glass.. After sometime I asked for a couple of glasses of water more..(as there were 5 of us) he bluntly replied that sir I can't give you any more water. I asked him don't u have glasses? He said NO.. If an outlet can't serve a basic amenity like water..then it is really shameful and they are demeaning the name of CCD... Really bad experience..I seriously hope that CCD will take some action against that...

Pathetic place never ever going back we ordered double espresso shot Mr. Sager charged us 316 rupees but the actual price for the double shot is 216 when we ask him he started arguing about GST that GST is added in your bill but we are explaining that we are not talking about the GST we are talking about what we place the order what he has charged but instead of listening to us he started fighting on that that he has chargers the right thing and already he swiped the card later after having for half an hour argument he said that he has charged us for double Expresso and the extra shot as he understood that we are three peoples so 2 Expresso and one extra shot he thought and he given us the back money for one xpresso in very ill mannered way saying thank you second thing after having one bite of my sandwich put it down one tiny cockroach appeared somewhere and started roaming around the tray and up upon my sandwich so unhygienic and lasting I would like to add about the washroom that also was uncleaned...

I am sharing my expression towards Chandni Chowk CCD, I was regular client for chandni chowk CCD and that to from long time and i was really happy till date , But now the Service and approach of their team is to much change, Their mangar use abuse language to client and not allow their to set more than 1 hrs, If any one want to set for long time as per manager view , clients have to purchase every hourly coffee of ccd and then only they will allow us for setting.

Purchasing coffee absolutely does not matter, But the way of treating their clients is a really unprofessional approach. Also Now one more thing if we want to buy coffee from ccd then we have to download their mobile app and then we will get coffee. Mobile app download directly impacts us because we are sharing details.

I stopped visiting that CCD Chandni Chowk coffee shop. Think about visiting that CCD Chandni Chowk...
