First of all we had opted for pick up. We ordered for an ultimate saving bucket and we are a regular customer. This is a problem we face every time. The coke is given in paper glasses which topple, leak and spill by the time we get home. This needs to change. You need to provide a secure and leakproof glass. Moreover the quality of the chicken was bad. The pieces had some brown around the bones. Nearly every piece had it. My family members refrained to have it and the quantity was so dissatisfactory. As a regular customer we know the size and the type of pieces whereas in yesterday's order the quality and the quantity was pathetic. This ruins your brand name and as a lover of fried chicken it makes me want to look for other options. Even at the store we requested the staff for coke cans which they denied, instead they offered a coke bottle which is not justifiable as far as the quantity difference is concerned. KFC needs to be open to feedback and suggestions. When I told the store manager that I would like to give a feedback they didn't even care to enquire or pay heed. The coke in the paper glasses were spilling even as they were packing. The lady staff was extremely incompetent and unaware of which pieces to select for an ultimate saving bucket. This is not expected of such a big franchise as yours. Work on customer satisfaction and you will recieve all the love...

Edit : Today : 8/July /23 : I visited KFC at about 4:45pm @ Bavdhan. It was open. 2 customer in front of me discussing with the counter lady, I was looking at menu. I don't know what discussion happened, they left. I was next, before I could say anything, the lady being the count told me "closed", as easy as it was said. Behind the counter, the hot oven chicken was there and ppl working. I really don't appreciate this kind of service. Should have served ppl who have come or close the door telling ppl not in service. Pathetic service. I had given good reviews before now the real picture come out at this place. Will write to main KFC and report this issue. From there I simply walked away, no point arguing. You losing customer by this cheap service. A most reputed chain like yours doing this. Went to "Chicken Affiar" in Bavdhan to fulfill my carving to eat chicken. Attached is the bill for the same to prove this.

In Chandi Chowk (Bavdhan). It is a small outlet with limited seating. As it is KFC you get everything as in menu. Good service and helpful staff.
