I was expecting your team members to be arriving sooner as it gave me a shock to see the closed door at 7:45 am. But they made it later with the wonderful food and most importantly by staying calm when we were getting upset with the delay. Their calm & composed responses topped up with tasty food maintained the essence of our event.
