I recently ordered an engagement cake from here and it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I saw it, I was blown away by the design. The bakery truly captured the essence of custom cake topper that is the perfect representation of our personalities.

Not only did it look stunning, but the taste was out of this world. We chose a combination of chocolate with hazelnut cream, and both flavors were perfectly balanced and incredibly moist. The frosting was smooth and not overly sweet, complementing the flavors beautifully.

The cake was also fresh and arrived exactly on time, which was a huge relief given how important this moment was for us. The attention to detail, from the piping work to the delicate sugar flowers, was extraordinary.

Our guests couldn't stop raving about it, and many of them asked where we got it from. And were assured enough for anyone looking for a show-stopping engagement cake. The owner of the cake shop is extremely arrogant and she carries a pathetic attitude.. I won't recommend anybody to visit this cake shop as I think the owner of the cake shop should learn lesson and should start respecting there customers.. She treated us very badly and Even told me to go and review even her staffs told us that she is the owner she can say anything.. Our mistake was to see ourselves in the mirror which she doesn't like.. She should put a board.. I ordered a Chocolate truffle cake. Delivery was given before time. But cake was so bad and bitter. Colour of cake was so dark as if food colour was not used. Cake's cost for 1 kg was Rs.850/- I had to throw away the cake. The very next day I went to the shop to complain they were very casual and then the story begin, that order gets dispatched at 6am in the morning and the colour was not saturated hence it had bitter taste, which was not told me before. If I would have been master in cakes why would I have gone to buy in caramella's.They didn't even bother for any kind of refund or replacement. Very casual approach from them.
