Matoshree Ramabai Bhimrao Ambedkar Udyan — Attraction in Pune

It is huge park but not maintained properly. Cleaning iss not done regularly. Maintained by PMC, there may be regular cleaner and supervisor appointed, but those people doesn't do there duties properly. As there is plenty of space available, there should open jym provided to facilitate peoples came for jogging. Its location is very prime, but facilities are not given, seating arrangement is also not sufficiently provided, ther very small area developed for childrens play, but that also not maintained, it's full with rain water. Washrooms are there but that also not maintained. I have question to PMC authority, like othe such parks, why this park is not maintained properly. It should be maintained properly because lots of peaples come here for morning walk, yoga and excercise also. Hope concerned authority awakes...

This is one of the best designed and maintained park in Pune. The park has a good combination of treads, shrubs, ornamental and flowering plants. The lawn is well.maintained with uniform green grass. The meandering track with ups and downs is a great place to go for walks. There are islands of spaces for doing exercise, yoga and other physical activities. This is a lovely place to go by oneself or take your kids or whomever out in the evenings, especially during the peak heat months, for a cool and much needed respite from the stifling heat of closed homes. Open lawns, well maintained play equipment, an amphitheatre, walkways and more.

The only necessary missing totally bit were benches of any kind. Very difficult for the older and incapacitated people to get by without. I hope they look into it soon.

Do go and just hangout... it's better than hanging around in front of an idiot...
