Genuine review.

First time going to any vintage cafe to be honest. I really saw some good reviews which made me want try this place out.

I ordered off the menu item :) You’ll thank me for it I guess. I ordered two egg cheese omelette toast. I kid you not I literally burnt my tongue due to not resisting how delicious it looked.

The first bite was bliss. A burst of flavours in my mouth. Absolutely loved it and the flavours I tasted in that cheese omelette was just perfect. The perfect amount of cheese and perfect spices. Bread was toasted the right amount. I ordered this because I wanted to have omelette but also wanted cheese toast so thought might as well just combine one and two. Man did that turn out perfect!

On to the unexpected part, I reckoned that the bun maska jam(as per reviews) would be nice so I did order but in all honesty I didn’t like it. The Maska and jam was tasty but the bun was just not soft enough maybe it was not a fresh batch I’m not sure. I like the bun being soft and little sweet just like how you get it in Bangalore(native place). I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be on the harder side(maybe as many dip in tea and eat)whether that’s what special or something. So yeah I’ll probably give it a try again when I go back cause I definitely will go back.

I ordered normal tea and that was really good in my opinion. It was the perfect balance between the sweetness in chai and the masala. As in most places the chai either is tad bit too sweet or tad bit too much masala(this I don’t mind). I think the server said it was Irani tea.

I definitely enjoyed it just disregarding the bun part. Thank me later if you like my order.
