Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Pune

Had a truly disappointing visit to Chinese Wok at Kumar Pacific Mall, Shankar Sheth Road. The service was shockingly unprofessional — both the lady at the counter and an employee named Sugandha were rude and dismissive. They barely listened to our order and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. To top it off, Sugandha demanded an additional ₹10 just to stick a piece of cello tape — absolutely unreasonable.

We ordered the Veg Burnt Garlic Noodles and Veg Fried Rice, both of which were bland, tasteless, and not at all worth the high price. The food was clearly overpriced for the quality delivered.

On top of that, the waiting time was unnecessarily long, adding to the frustration. Poor service, mediocre food, and an overall unpleasant experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Needs serious improvement in both food and...

Had a very disappointing experience at Chinese Wok, Kumar Pacific Mall, Shankar Sheth Road. The staff was extremely unprofessional — both the lady taking the order and Sugandha were arrogant and rude. They didn’t listen properly and seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. Sugandha even asked for an extra ₹10 just to stick a simple cello tape, which was absurd.

We ordered Burnt Garlic Noodles (Veg) and Veg Fried Rice, but both were bland and not at all worth the price. The food is overpriced and the quality doesn’t match what you pay for.

There was also a long waiting time, which made the whole experience even worse. Overall, very poor service and disappointing food. Definitely not...

We had ordered a takeaway of Veg Manchurian. Instead of that we realised after opening the package at home that it was something else than our order. So I wrote a review. Next day got a call from them asking the details of my complaint. The attendant, one Mr. Singh was prompt to admit a mistake on their part and promised me one more order free of charge within a week of the manchurian we had ordered but didn't receive. We did happen to visit again and ordered veg fried rice, paid for it. We were served our rice alongwith the manchurian committed by them. The taste and quality of both bowls was extremely well.
