My recent visit to KFC Kumar Pacific left me thoroughly disappointed. The service provided by Umesh Raut was far from satisfactory. Not only did he display an unprofessional attitude, but his actions also seemed intentionally misleading.
Upon placing my order for a meal, I was shocked to receive each item separately, significantly inflating my bill. Despite ordering medium-sized products, I received regular portions instead. Additionally, KFC advertises lunch specials, but Umesh decided to complicate matters further by placing a separate order for a rice bowl without my consent. This not only added unnecessary items to my bill but also left me with food I did not desire.
What truly irked me was the lack of accountability and explanation from Umesh. Instead of addressing my concerns, he attempted to confuse me, leaving me feeling frustrated and deceived. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially from someone in a customer-facing role.
Based on this experience, it's evident that Umesh Raut is not suitable for his position at KFC Kumar Pacific. I urge the management to reevaluate their staff training and ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future.
Overall, my visit to KFC Kumar Pacific was marred by poor service and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I hope that steps will be taken to rectify these...
Read moreMy trip to KFC Kumar Pacific was a total disaster. Let me tell you about Umesh Raut, the guy who took my order. He thought he was being slick, but in reality, he just ended up making my experience a nightmare.
I ordered a meal, simple enough, right? But Umesh decided to play games. Instead of giving me everything together, he split each item, which ended up costing me more. And get this – I asked for medium portions, but what did I get? Regular sizes! Like, come on, man, get it together!
But wait, it gets better. KFC has lunch specials, but Umesh had other plans. He throws in a random order for a rice bowl without even asking me. Like, dude, what's the deal? I didn't order that!
And when I tried to ask him about it, he just started talking in circles, trying to confuse me. Seriously? It was like he was trying to pull some kind of scam right in front of my face.
Honestly, Umesh shouldn't even be working there if that's how he's gonna treat customers. KFC Kumar Pacific needs to step up their game and make sure their staff actually know what they're doing.
Long story short, my KFC experience was a hot mess thanks to Umesh. Here's hoping they sort their stuff out before someone else gets caught up in...
Read moreThe food we ordered came fast but it wasn't of the quality we expected. We ordered a 8 piece bucket in which 4 were crispy chicken and 4 were fiery red chicken. The fiery red were quite okay with the spices and salt but, the crispy chicken were missing salt, spices, the buttery feel you name it. The overly topped crispy layer was putting off the taste, sort of bland and definitely not the quality which I tasted 8 years ago. I restricted myself to have KFC only when majority of my friends together plan to have food there but otherwise I avoid going to KFC. The glorious introductory years of KFC were great and now its quality is much below par. I do not think they prepare the food when we ordered, I think it was prepared and kept in a hot tray or something. Come on KFC, we Indians eat hot food, I remember KFC chicken bucket pieces being quite hot and sometimes not even able to bite it but that actually had the right taste, softness, salt, butter and spices. We aren't in Europe to...
