Collection O 30113 Camp New ModiKhana — Hotel in Pune

We stayed from 30th december 2020 to 1st january 2021.. 2 nights.. room no.114

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL, LIVE ON STREETS BUT NOT HERE!

room no. 114 is where we stayed and is best accordin to us..

115 not good..

204 deluxe room is oversized and is not maintained properly n not even cleaned.

furniture is broken in 305 and 308 and these are rooms whose pictures werent there while bookin the hotel and rooms doesnt look good.

they shown us 5 rooms which looked completely different from the pictures showed while booking the hotel. but upon askin n telling them 10 times they gave us the same room as showed in pictures.

wen we entered the room, tv n intercom wasnt working, also the shower was broken n no water was coming then they called the plumber to fix it after 2 hrz. then even bathing soap wasnt there.

wen we ordered food from hotel, it took 2 hrz to come. also no outside food is allowed in the hotel. the toilet was also dirty. bathing towel was given only 1 instead of 2.

even ac remote wasnt working properly. horrible hotel. water comes till bed from bathroom.

The staff gives weird looks while we were checking in the hotel. also none of the staff was wearing mask.

it took us 3 hrz to checkin to the room which was shown in the pictures. also no water bottles neither glasses or plates were provided at the hotel..

outside the window there is garbage only. no freaking view. room is not soundproof.even bed moves alot.

Overall.. just avoid going to this hotel not worth it... rooms,staff,etc not...

It's a good hotel with good staff. Cleanliness is good, food is good. There are different types of rooms. I stayed in a small one but it had everything a room should have. One of the best compact rooms I've stayed in.

There's one difficulty with this hotel. They don't have four wheeler parking. So one has to go all the way to MG Road (pay and park) or go to the Cantonment pay and park (I parked it for free). The latter one is near Poona College. I'll be putting a photo of a tea shop in that area so that you can recognize the place. Have tea from Premacha Chaha, it's wonderful.

The four stars are because of the one thing I expect every hotel to have, parking. Rest all is good to go...

The worst OYO experienceI have ever stayed.I booked a Township OYO but they changed it by their own self and gave me this Collection 030113 OYO..The TV was not working and when it started there were only news channels..Also there was no Wifi..And the worst thing was that I asked them to give me a plate and a bowl and they charged me 50 rupees for 1 plate..Never expected this from OYO..I am disappointed with this kindda service.. Pathetic and cheap service ever got from OYO.. I will never ask someone to visit this place..Big big big time...
