Eat Street Cafe — Restaurant in Pune

Awful experience on order of 16 inch Chef Special Pizza. While placing order was given 20mins wait time but took over 30mins n we had to skip lunch as had to enter theatre for a movie. So requested them that we shall collect pizza on leaving after movie n we did so. But when we tried reheating at home it was the WORST pizza I have ever had in my life. The base n topping layers seperated n both were so chewy n felt uncooked. Was extremely hard to bite n the crust had to be discarded. Suggest not to order large pizzas at this place to avoid time delays plus bad food experience. Heard person at cash counter screaming at her cook for delay. The restaurant is really very good for a quick bite. They make nice sandwiches and shakes. The place was my favourite as I love pasta and hence was a frequent visitor as well. White sauce pasta and cold coffee was my regular order. Over a period of time the place has lost its charm, the pasta sauce which used to be creamy is no more the same. . . . I was not hungry but wanted to eat something light with friends so I decided to order sandwich when i order he said if u want small sandwich then u have to order combo he gave me medium sandwich that's fine but veg cheese sandwich was not grill at alllll, just Lil bit cheese. please note the lady on the counter is very unpleasant.she was very rude and she was not only interested to take order.
