Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Chitale Bandhu store located in Kharadi, opposite Gold Rush Hospital. The service was absolutely terrible.

The lady at the cash counter, Pranjal, had a very bad attitude. Her tone was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and respect for customers.

As a long-time Chitale Bandhu customer, I did not expect to be treated this way. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand.

I strongly urge the management to take this feedback seriously and look into the behavior of this staff member. Such experiences will only drive loyal customers away.

Nice and the one and only outlet of Kharadi to get Chitale Bandhu Products. The outlet generally has all the products, i never returned from there without getting what I wanted. Their service is really quick and always with a smile. Even few times I ordered on Zomato from them and it was properly packed and delivered. They accept card, UPI and cash payments. The bag is chargeable. I guess only product which they don’t have is milk. The store is located close to a traffic signal junction which might cause some parking...
