Hotel Atithi Pure Veg — Restaurant in Pune

The service is really poor. First of all they are not bothered to acknowledge you. First you have to wait to give your order and another long wait for the food. We had ordered masala papad and main course , waiter forgot to give masala papad and directly served main course and that also after waiting for long time . On top of that, when we asked for bill, they charged bill for masala papad also, and when we told to manager that waiter not gave masala papad that time he was also shocked. This kind of poor communication they have. One more thing, water bottle charges are almost doubled (35 rs) than actual price. Will not suggest to anyone.

Worst Experience,veg talumein soup is tasteless only boiled vegetables they served. Starter - we order Mushroom chilli Garlic - They served Mushroom cheese overloaded with Flavour of elaichi 🥴no garlic taste, very spicy 🥵. Main course - After all the above experience we order simple Dal Tadka with Wheat Roti. Dal was ok , finger bowl water was hotter than Roti. Before we finish our Starter they served Main course,which we order before 2 min. Waiter were in hurry and recommending everything (Jaise unhe customer ko bhagane ki jyada jaldi thi)so service 3 star ⭐ Ambience - Good Ambience with lot of Chaos, marriage hall feeling.

Pathetic service, ordered food before 90 mins , but still not received , when called for enquiry the person is saying we forgot to send the order in kitchen .
