Packaging : Very Good (5/5) Beautiful eco friendly spill proof packaging. The vertical container in which it comes is too pretty to throw away! The bottles are beautifully packed in this carton. The drink itself comes in glass bottles which are also spill proof and reusable.

Presentation : Very Good (5/5) I had ordered watermelon and strawberry mojito. The drinks looked fab- subtle colours bottled in glass bottles. The watermelon mojito was a uniform liquid and the strawberry mojito had some sediments at the bottom which dissolved when you shake the bottle. Very pleasing to the eye presentation.

Food Quality & Taste: Very Good (5/5) mojitos are such a simple drink to make yet there are many atimes I have seen restaurants mess it up with too much syrup, artificial flavours etc. But this was was spot on. I had a little doubt looking at the sediments sitting at the bottom of the strawberry mojito but the strawberry one was just too perfect for my taste. Just the right amount of sweetness, no overpowering artificial flavours, right amount of soda to make it bubbly, and super refreshing! The watermelon mojito had nice subtle watermelon flavours. But a tad sweeter which is not a very big issue. this one also was a very refreshing drink. The amount of drink is perfect for 1 person. Great for house parties aa well if you are having guests over.

Extremely disappointed with the service at the Sinhgad Road branch of Frozen Bottle. The staff behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We placed an order, but shockingly, there was only one lady managing the entire store, and she was continuously on the phone, clearly distracted and unbothered. Later I realised that she is on call with the actual Chef.

She didn’t even know how to make a basic milkshake—when we ordered a Mango Shake, she served Vanilla instead and casually said “both taste the same.” Really? That’s not just careless, it’s disrespectful to the customer.

She was also clueless about billing procedures, and when asked for a bill copy, she fumbled around with no clue what to do. After multiple arguments and frustration, I had to collect the RM and Store Manager’s contact details—but sadly, no proper response from them either.

It’s clear that most of the positive reviews here are from friends or known circles, because the real-time experience was completely the opposite.

Frozen Bottle as a brand is great, but this branch on Sinhgad Road is absolutely ruining the reputation. Poor staffing, zero accountability, and a total lack of basic customer service.

I went to the store to order. The store manager Mr. Chavan refused to accept my order because of pending Zomato orders and told me that he couldn't afford a bad review from Zomato customers. He could have told this to me once I entered the shop. But he was so prompt that he informed me after I waited for 10 minutes. As I was walking away, Mr. Chavan managed to spare a minute from his busy schedule specifically to tell me to mention his name in this review. Thank you Frozen bottle for this memorable experience!
