Where do I even begin with my experience at Greenfield? Let me start by saying that my birthday celebration at your restaurant was an absolute disaster. I had high hopes for a memorable evening, but all I was left with was a bitter taste in my mouth.
First and foremost, let's talk about the food. I ordered your supposedly mouthwatering mutton dhangiri dish, which came at a staggering price of 600 rupees. Little did I know that I was actually paying for a plate full of bones with a minuscule amount of meat clinging to them. It was utterly disappointing and left me feeling cheated and unsatisfied.
To make matters worse, I had the unfortunate pleasure of discovering a cockroach on my table. Yes, you read that right. A cockroach! I cannot express the level of disgust and revulsion that washed over me. How could such a blatant lack of cleanliness and hygiene be tolerated in a supposedly reputable establishment?
As if that wasn't enough, there was a music show happening in the background. Normally, that would be a delightful addition to the ambiance, but the performer seemed to have a peculiar obsession with sad songs. Can you imagine the irony? Here I was, already feeling down and disappointed on my birthday, and this singer just kept pouring salt into the wound. It was an unpleasant experience that only added to my misery.
Now, let me take a moment to acknowledge your helpful and friendly staff. Despite the numerous shortcomings of the establishment, they were the only redeeming aspect of my visit. Their kindness and assistance were commendable, but unfortunately, even their efforts couldn't salvage the overall experience.
Lastly, I must mention the state of the seats. Filthy and unhygienic would be an understatement. It seemed as though they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable and disgusted sitting on such unkept furniture.
In conclusion, my birthday celebration at your restaurant was a complete disaster. The exorbitant price for a dish that lacked substance, the presence of a cockroach, the never-ending sad songs, and the dirty seats all contributed to an unforgettable evening – but for all the wrong reasons. I sincerely hope that you address these issues and improve your standards, as no one else should have to endure such a...
Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at Green Field Family Restro Bar that left me questioning their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I ordered the Chinese Triple Schezwan Fried Rice, but was immediately met with the taste of stale sauce. Upon bringing this to the chef's attention, I was dismissed and told the sauce was fine. This demonstrated a concerning lack of experience and a blatant denial of the issue. While they did eventually send a replacement sauce, it arrived long after everyone at the table had finished their meals, rendering it completely useless. To add insult to injury, the manager offered no real solution other than providing a fresh batch of sauce and rice – an offer that was far too late considering we were all full by that point. This incident highlighted several shortcomings at Green Field Family Restro Bar: Poor quality control: The use of stale sauce in the first place is unacceptable. Inadequate chef expertise: The chef's inability to recognize the stale sauce and their dismissive attitude was alarming. Slow service recovery: The delayed arrival of the replacement sauce further compounded the problem. Ineffective management: The manager's lack of a proper resolution demonstrated poor customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Green Field Family Restro Bar, especially for their Chinese Triple Schezwan Fried Rice. It's clear that they need to improve their quality control, staff training, and customer service protocols to provide a satisfactory...

Specious bar with impressive menu of cocktails and Mocktails. Surprisingly cocktails orders were not up to mark can do much better.
Now back to ambiance, the upscale decor bamboo based sitting arrangements are looking very impressive but very un comfortable to relax on chair and pick up food kept on the table. One should must try the combination.
Coming on main: Chinese Hakka noodles: basic, taste as basic average nothing much to mention. Chicken pahadi kabab: delicious meet expectations, need to work on green chutney to make it best. Paneer tikka: meet expectations, average. Combination rice: seriously need to fix on sauce not at all taste either indo chinese, no way close to authentic. Not dare to order thai, maxican Or rest indian menu. Overall, everything is good here but we have to fix up synergy in order otherwise it can screw your experience.
