I wanted to share my recent experience at Green Sampan Restaurant with all of you.

I visited this restaurant yesterday, we went around 11.45 PM, we placed our order and started having food after 10 mins one of the staff Emtiyaaz came and asked to pay the bill while we were eating and he forced us to pay immediately as they wanted to close as he said last minute. We were ready to pay and suggested them to close 15mins early as he wanted to close by 12 in the night and allowing customers till then to come and sit and order then asking for the payment in between. Emtiyaaz was very rude and he was a staff member he replied it's our hotel we will see that. When we asked him to call the owner the owner came and he was afraid of his staff and did not utter a word. Overall bad experience we left our dinner in between and left. Green SAMPAN Restaurant is less of a restaurant more like a " dhabha ", located in wanowari along the main road, open in the evenings only and is patronised well by the people, there is reasonably a good rush and at times have to wait for a table, a very small place the tables are also laid on the pavement. The food is indian and more famous for non vegetarian food , the tandoori section is more patronised, the service is reasonably fast ( waiting time 15 to 20 minutes).
