We recently celebrated our daughter's first birthday at Atlantis in Wanauri, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The entire team went above and beyond to make her special day a huge success, and we're so grateful for their exceptional service.

From the very beginning, Santosh ji was a tremendous help. He guided us in selecting the perfect menu and ensured every detail was handled smoothly from start to finish. When our decorator fell short on their promises and missed some key items, Santosh ji and his team stepped in without hesitation. They immediately arranged for a "Happy Birthday" LED sign for our backdrop, saving the day and making sure our vision came to life.

The level of care and attention our guests received was truly remarkable. The staff attended to everyone with warmth and respect. The music operator was fantastic, and the excellent music system had a great playback quality. Our guests' song requests were handled promptly, which kept the atmosphere lively and fun.

The food was a highlight for many of our guests—it was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The staff was incredibly attentive, checking in with us throughout the event to make sure everything was to our liking and that we had everything we needed. They even managed the AC temperature perfectly, adjusting it as needed to keep everyone comfortable.

One small but significant detail that stood out was the staff's alertness. A member of their team noticed that one of our guest's car lights had been left on. They quickly brought it to our attention, and we were able to announce it, saving our guest from a dead battery.
