Noble Bake House — Restaurant in Pune

Pathetic customer service at the shop. I'm a disabled person went to shop to buy some food in return I requested them to help with a plastic carry bag to handle my food without difficulties as paper carry bag was not enough to carry it. They were providing plastic carry bag to other people who were buying more than one time.

An employee who was handling me was rude and was telling me " paper mein daal ke dia hu lekar Jana" but when I ask him again then he given me plastic bag with staring lik hooligans.

Pathetic and ridiculous staff behaviour. No...

C'mon... It's an open roadside bakery... so as customers, we need to temper our expectations. I like their service too... I had once called them on the phone for a Swiggy related order and he was very cooperative...

But the food they serve is sometimes really disrespectful to the customer (check out the photo of the puff I received)... burnt and too salty.

This is not ok... even tiny street side stall vendors serve fresh and decent fare...

I still can't believe they sent me such badly...

Fresh bread available daily!! This is a little bakery opposite Maple towers which offers a wide variety of bakery products.

They are famous for their puffs and samosas which are sold out within few hours daily.

They accept orders for birthday cakes, my personal favourite is the black forest!

Other notable products are- khari , soft cream roll and pastries.
