My family member was admitted at the Hospital across the street so was looking for a place to crash at night. Found this place on google maps and went with my gut feeling and I am so glad I did. This place met and exceeded all my expectations. The location is excellent for hospital patients relatives or even for working professionals or families. The rooms and importantly the bathrooms are squeaky clean. The AC works great. Of course this hotel does not have frills like swimming pool or 24-hour restaurants but if you are looking for a comfortable stay in this location it’s the best place around. Finally, and MOST importantly, the staff at this hotel is what sets it apart. Mr Dharmendra who manages the place and Suraj who assists him are constantly looking out for guest’s comfort. They are very attentive, always willing to help, and often engage in friendly conversations. I look forward to staying here again but hopefully under different...
Read moreI have traveled across US, Europe and have had all sorts of experiences with chain hotels like best western, Howard Johnson, Marriott etc al. I was referred to to stay at Sharman and I really relish my decision. To put it simply- Amazing value! You get: 1)amazing crisp clean, and pleasant rooms with equally clean and designer baths, 2) breakfast service is nice, 3) and to trump it all Dharmendra, the manager and his team (Sooraj) go beyond to accommodate your requests. Always ready give ear to your requests and suggest solutions. I had to extend my stay due to unforeseen schedule changes and Dharmendra was quick to accommodate my request. Such customer service is rarely seen in the busy chain hotels. I needn't mention the location since you possible can't get a more central and prominent location (bang opposite Deenanath mangeshkar hospital center) and close to the metro.
Don't think just book, since they...
Read moreMe and my husband stayed here for a couple of days while we had to visit Deenanath Mangeshkar hospital. The property is located exactly opposite to the hospital’s gate, which was a big plus plus for us. It’s a very neat and well maintained place, rooms are clean and cosy. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms were a bit small, but the interior was good and service was good so that didn’t bother us much, plus considering it a budget hotel in the middle of town, we didn’t mind that. Basically the place has a very homely and safe feel, all thanks to the hotel staff, which was not much - only 2 people a manager- Dharmendra and his helper-suraj, but they still managed very well. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but there are many places nearby to eat and incase you want to order, they do have a...
