Hotel Sahich — Restaurant in Pune

Had been to this place for lunch and since it was late to be precise 3pm there was this random guy who was taking order I asked for a veg thali he said it's not available I asked if any other food available he said nothing is available and he was serving other people. I would suggest keep the timings specific if you have mentioned open till 10:00pm adher to it and try and keep polite Staff if possible or else you will start loosing your customers. Pathetic customer service once was good if your hungry this people won't cater to your hunger...

Dont go by the photos posted on swiggy and zomato If you are ordering from here, dont expect the food qulaity or taste, I had ordered veg thali and its was worse no taste chapati were almost non eatable, the food was provided in plastic packet where chapatis were falling out from the packet where as in image it showed that it was apcked in thali shaped container there was no taste for the food and in name of veg lajabab they gave matki ki sabji only the indryani...

Ordered special Maharashtrian thali - they gave my order to someone else.. and gave me someone else's order - did not receive the sweet, the nine days 1 paneer sabji, 1 veg lababdar and one sabji as per availablity.. What I received was 2 sabjies with same base gravies & are just water, even Daal is literally water. I paid 229/- for this quality of food! The food is tasteless and looks bad. pathetic. Please do not take...
