Jazz Pizza — Restaurant in Pune

Been visiting to Jazz Pizza(NIBM) before lock-down and they use to serve amazing pizzas and so even after residing 15km away from the pizza center my family decided to order pizza on 10-10-2020 at around 9pm and I had sent my elder son to collect the parcel as the distance was on a unserviceable radar, considering most of the restaurant services are working on take-away basis.

So, after waiting for like 2hrs finally my son arrives with the pizza boxes and we were eager to munch on 3 "cheese burst" pizza, however, to our surprise none of the pizza's were "cheese burst" even though it was mentioned on the bills as well, so like every random father I started complaining to my son that why didn't he check before bringing and he had an appropriate answer of how would one check in those sealed boxes, which is a fair point, and so I called Jazz Pizza and spoke to some lady who had no clue what so ever on how to deal with the situation and so she handed the phone to some manager name "Mahadav", now furthermore to my frustration this smarta** manager tries to get rid of me by saying that it would be adjusted next time and his dialogues are like "ok sir... thank you... okay sir... bye", clear it shows that these guys doesn't want to accept their mistake and just get rid of the situation, so when I asked this manager of how will he keep the track of this incident to compensate me in future, does he know my name or the bill no. and then he was blank, so overall I am sure that the so called compensation will never happen and this guys has turned into a real nightmare for people opting for take-aways pizzas.

Moral of the Story : Always check the indigrents of the pizza that you had order is in accordance to your request on such take-away centers specifically at Jazz...

Very disappointed with the quality of the pizza's i had ordered some time back today....first time in 10 years i have returned my order after getting it delivered after 2 hrs.....

The pizzas looked dry and not baked properly with less pizza sauce and toppings.....cheese burst pizza looked like a regular one... After complaining about it to the lady on the counter.....The lady manager did not answer properly and spoke rudely.... had no respect towards the goodwill of Jazz pizza and the owner...very surprising that jazz pizza has someone so arrogant and ill mannered like her attending and managing the legendary eatery outlet....

My heart goes out to the owners who are unaware about the lady spoiling their earned goodwill all these years....

I would like the owner to get in touch so that i can provide evidence of the scenario. I have recorded the call too...

Food lovers.....Please think twice before you order from jazz pizza now...with such management and chefs....looks difficult to maintain their business for long....Just imagine receiving pizza in a white box with no bill provided....how will one even believe it is from Jazz or...

When I come here to order the Pizza first of all the manager did not listen to my order, then one person is came from kitchen and taken order for Pizza, after 10 min when I asked manager about the delivery he straight away informed that I have not received your order and now I will take your order and required 20 min to prepare, I informed already 10 mins over to given my order and again you are telling me to wait for another 20 min then he told you have not given me order and order given to person....and the behaviour of the manager is very baad, he did not care about the customers and speaking rudely....worst service but food quality is good....and when arguing with manager thanks to the kitchen person who has come from kitchen and informed that I will give your pizza in 10-12 mins And one more thing I have to mention that in their leaflet they have mentioned free home delivery within 4 kms and in the hotel poster free home delivery is mentioned within 2 kms....and when I requested for home delivery they straight away rejected for the delivery when my home is just 1.2 kms from this location and given reason that delivery boys...
