Karna Hyderabadi House — Restaurant in Pune

I had extremely bad experience so far at this place! I ordered 3 items as a parcel over here. The guy said your order will be ready in 10 mins. I waited for half an hour and only one item from the order was cooked, not even packed. On top of it, he asked me to change my order since they were not able to cook that specific item. Even after mentioning that my kid is waiting at home, he did not get my order ready and I had to cancel the same!! Very annoying experience. The staff has complete disregard for the customers.
