Oven Story — Restaurant in Pune

Ovenstory pizza is delivery only pizza chain with currently 24 outlets in city.

I decided to try them out and ordered using third party delivery service.

Their USP is 4 types of flavoured cheese you can select viz. Chipotle, classic, tandoori and 4 pepper.

I selected veg overload pizza with Chipotle cheese.

My order was delivered in 40 mins but the pizza was stone cold.. I dont we who's mistake it was but i was very disappointed.

The pizza crust was very thin and Chipotle cheese was just put on top in small quantities.

I don't recommend this pizza chain.. Better stick...

I wish i could give you zero star Firstly worst service I have ordered multiple times pizza everytime not given chillie flakes and oreganos and told to my delivery guy to baught chillie flakes and orgarnos he said the restaurant is not giving and got order after one hour and the food was completely cold and tasteless I called customers who were checking status hold my call for few minutes and then rejected my call. They even tried to solve their customer's problems what should I expect from their side. Worst service, I am done...

Worst restaurant chain. Better stay hungry than eating in this place. Highly unprofessional staff. My order was delayed by two hours. I called them they said order is delivered. When I insisted then they agreed that order was not out from kitchen and it will take 40 mins more and that too it was uncertain. Worst service. Pathetic system. Guys please stay away from this...
