Ketli-The Tea Bar — Restaurant in Pune

Absolutely the most pathetic and unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced at a café. Visited Ketli – The Tea Bar at Kumar Pacific Mall, and the manager, Shiva Naikar, was shockingly rude, arrogant, and aggressive. He has zero manners or etiquette when it comes to dealing with customers.

When I simply questioned him about something, instead of responding politely, he got offended and literally threatened me, saying: “I cannot take your order, do whatever you want, call whoever you want.” This is not only insulting but completely unacceptable behavior for someone in hospitality.

What’s worse – he encouraged his colleague not to take our order and instructed him not to entertain us at all. One of my friends even tried to reason with him, but he was too arrogant and egotistic to take any feedback.

This is the height of unprofessionalism. A manager like Shiv Naikar not only ruins the café’s reputation but also ensures that customers will never want to step foot in this place again. If the owners care about their brand, they should seriously reconsider who they hire to...

Have a very good experience at ketli bar, kumar pacific mall, Shankar road branch. I was having a one to one guest meeting and unfortunately I forgot my laptop charger 4 days before. Shiva and Yash the two good guys had kept my charger in their custody safely and return me today. Although this was a honest experience with this guys. Also they are so polite and humble at their work. I like the coffee and service serve from them....

A cute little open cafe at the mall where you can sit and work peacefully. I had been looking for a place to sit and work as I had my meetings. They were generous to allow me to plug in my laptop.
