I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a truly exceptional culinary experience at lali’s kitchen.. Their Paratha Paneer Paratha with Cheese and Chole Bhature left me completely spellbound and craving for more. Here's why this dish deserves all the praise it can get!
Firstly, the Paratha Paneer Paratha with Cheese was a perfect fusion of flavors. The parathas were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside. The generous filling of paneer, combined with the richness of melted cheese, created a mouthwatering symphony of textures and tastes. Every bite was a delightful journey of creamy goodness.
The highlight of this dish was undoubtedly the Chole Bhature. The chole (chickpea curry) was expertly spiced, striking a harmonious balance between tanginess and warmth. The bhature, deep-fried to golden perfection, were light and airy, complementing the chole flawlessly. The combination of the two was simply divine—a match made in culinary heaven.
What impressed me further was the attention to detail in the presentation. The parathas were beautifully garnished with fresh herbs, adding a vibrant touch to the dish. The portion size was generous, ensuring that every bite was a fulfilling experience. The service at lali’s kitchen.was excellent, with the staff being attentive and accommodating, making my dining experience even more enjoyable.
In conclusion, if you're a fan of delectable Indian cuisine, lali’s kitchen 's Paratha Paneer Paratha with Cheese and Chole Bhature is an absolute must-try. The harmonious combination of flavors, the mastery of preparation, and the overall dining experience make this dish an unforgettable delight. Read moreWe recently visited this restaurant and ordered the Pahadi Chilli Cheese Paratha and Pav Bhaji. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The Pav Bhaji was extremely watery, and the pavs were not roasted properly, making the dish quite unsatisfying. As for the Pahadi Chilli Cheese Paratha, it was made with mozzarella cheese, which turned out to be very chewy and thready and creating mess.
To add to the poor quality of the food, the hygiene was not upto the mark also. And prices are moderately expensive.
Considering the overall experience, I’m surprised to see the restaurant rated so highly at 4.7. The quality does not match the rating, and I wouldn't even...
Read moreOne of the worst Chole Bhature I’ve ever had. The chole were undercooked, and the bhature felt like plain maida poori. The crust was so thin it didn’t even resemble a proper bhatura. They served it with store-bought achar, which was disappointing.
On top of that, the front desk staff was rude. When I asked if I could order just one bhatura (to avoid food waste as I didn’t want two), I was told it wasn’t possible due to "margins." This was not about affordability but about avoiding waste.
Very disappointed! This is not how you win or retain customers. The 4.7 rating on Google...
