WORST STAFF BEHAVIOUR!!!!!

So you need to read this and let me know if this happened with you too or not. I have been visiting this outlet almost every once in a week to buy Mc Swirl and everytime I was told that the dessert machine closes at 10pm or it is out of order. So this time I called the outlet at around 9:15pm, at the given number and asked them specially if ice cream was available or not. The person who addressed the call said yes it is available and it will be available till 12:30 pm. I immediately reached the outlet and was told again that the dessert machine is closed!!! When I explained that I just called the staff started to blame each other.

Now one of the staff members told me to try ordering through the app. On the app the ice cream was available in the dine in option so I ordered right outside the outlet and the order got received. I went back in and asked for my order they again told me machine is closed. I was so pissed this time and asked them then why did you accept my order the guy unappologetically said I didn't see what order it was... I told him that one of your guys asked me to order via the app... They again started the blame game... And finally they turned on the machine and gave me the ice cream after 10 minutes of waiting...

My question is why were they refusing to serve ice cream by turning off the machine... And they do this everyday!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this McDonald’s location for the past two years, visiting frequently due to its convenient location. However, my experience tonight was quite disappointing and is prompting me to reconsider my future visits.

I placed an order around 12 AM for a burger combo with a Coke, only to be told that the cold drinks machine was not working. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue at this location; a similar problem occurred a couple of years ago. However, after that incident, I didn’t face this issue again—until the recent change in management. Manager’s name is Satish. He has been rude to us and not at all sounding comfortable talking.

It’s frustrating to see a decline in service quality, especially when such issues become a recurring problem. As a regular customer, I expect consistency and reliability in the service provided. Unfortunately, this inconsistency is making me consider switching to other nearby options like Burger King or Taco Bell, where the service and customer treatment have been more satisfactory in my experience.
