Must definitely visit this Classy Restaurant & Bar located at Balewadi High Street An Uber chic restaurant perfect for any occasion whether it’s a brunch or partying the night away An Absolutely beautiful place with some Cool drinks to offer and Offers on drinks!

As you enter , the schedule for the entire month is displayed on a board .. Also the offer of the day can be availed.

Was confused where to sit as there’s so much to choose from.

The Food is delicious. The Mixologist is cool and makes some really unique drinks worth trying. You can always stick to the classic cocktails but I would recommend exploring their Signature cocktails.

We tried :

Drinks:

Culture Electric Gin : Served in a Conical flask , this looks super cool! This Jaisalmer Indian craft Gin based cocktail will surely blow your mind.

Ginger Rose Blossom ( mocktail) : A unique combination of rose syrup, lemon juice & ginger ale .. Garnished with dried roses .

Starters:

Grilled Harissa chicken : Chicken steak marinated in Harissa sauce & grilled . Served with a mint chutney, fresh parsley & lemon wedge. Was so tender, juicy and delicious

Crispy shell Asian Veg canapés: A fusion dish inspired by the famous gol gappa/ pani puri. Crisp Puris filled with chicken mince served on a bed of shredded lettuce . Served with three unique sauces. Absolutely loved this

Stir Fry Singaporean chilli prawns : Big sized prawns sautéed in asian sauces.

Mains :

Asian Hot Garlic Sauce chicken : Gravy with Asian style sauces and boneless chicken pieces. Would have liked it a bit spicier.

Coriander & Basil fried rice: Rice cooked in a green paste of basil & coriander , with small pieces of veggies .Was good but I would have preferred simple fried rice.

Desserts :

Crème Brûlée : Baked Custard dessert With top layer of hardened caramelised sugar. Would have loved this classic dessert if it was made of a custard made from scratch, sadly this was made using the custard powder instead . Not bad but could have been much better.

Tiramisu : This Coffee flavoured Italian dessert is highly recommended. Was really delicious and creamy with the right amount off coffee concoction. Has a cake layer though not ladyfingers.

Whether it’s for Chilling with friends or partying with colleagues.. a place definitely...

Heard a lot about this place finally got to go to this place thanks to few friends of mine. Had been Asian food festival to try their oriental menu and had a great time hogging on the mindblowing delicacies.

What we had:- 1- Laksa Soup 2- Fresh Lobster 3- Sichuan Chicken Dimsums 4- Pepper Chicken Dimsums 5- Prawns Tempura Bao 6- Topas Curry 7- Kapitan Curry with Burnt Garlic Rice

Laksa soup is a spicy noodle dish popular in Southeast Asia. Laksa consists of various types of noodles, it was thin rice noodles version. It was prepared with the apt amount of rich and spicy coconut soup along with other herbs. Perfectly balanced and soothing to the pallet.

Fresh Lobster was done the oriental way which literally stole the show. It was juicy, fresh and buttery soooperbly done kudos to the chef. Must say the lobster had lot of meat to suffice 4 stomachs.

Sichuan Chicken Dimsums and Pepper Chicken Dimsums. Making dimsums is an art itself majorly because of their outer covering which is made starch based flour such as rice or sweet potato flour giving them that transparent look when cooked. Here the chef at Culture 2.0 has done absolute justice with the dimsums making them as transparent but also made sure at the same time that they don't tear off when been cooked. Taste wise again hands down to the chef for dimsums.

Prawns Tempura Bao sone times I feel like reassigning the Tag Line " It's Finger Licking Good from KFC " to other brands literally. Prawns Tempura Bao at Culture 2.0 are simply even a notch higher then Finger Licking Good. The Bao bun was so fresh, soft it simply melted inside our mouth. To top it all the super crunchy prawns tempura seasoned with semi chilly sauce.( must have )

In the mains the topaz curry and the kapitan curry with burnt garlic rice was definitely something really great.

Overall, great place to be with family and friends. Good food and music. Any feedback given on the spot to the waiters or management or taken back positively ( A must have attitude in service industry).

To sum it up Overall rating Food - 5 Hygiene - 5 Staff - 5 Courtesy - 5 Value...

Recently visited Balewadi Highstreet 2 for a tasting. After a roaring success at Culture – पुणे, F.C.Road, Culture brings to us a new branch naming it 2.0 Culture A very hot sultry day we reached when the short hand of the clock was on One and the other hand rushing to meet Twelve. 2.0 Culture has great vibes. An amazing ambiance, class décor and serves the existing as well as a new menu (addition only at Balewadi). With cool blast of a/c and cosy sofas We started with their signature cocktails. Very refreshing, unique and Vfm pricing. Cooling down our system gradually. We had a battalion of starters, mains and dessert. They serve Asian, European Food.So beginning with :- Asian Style canapies :- Actually Pani Puries with spicy chicken Kheema and 3 different condiments to add different taste. Wow! Teriyaki Chicken Skewers : sticky saucy and deliciously fingers licking good! Asian Glazed mutton chops a bit bland and rare for my taste. Singapore stir fried Chilli Prawns I loved this one. The crunchy capsicum and juicy prawns was to much perfection!

Mains -AOP 2.0 along with Garlic Cheese Bombs Go for this aesthetic looking, pleasure at every mouthful. The in-house garlic cheese bombs were very fresh and yummy. Not exactly cheese pull but a great sider/starter.

-Chicken in Fennel and Orange sauce was moderate. -Burnt Garlic Rice with Midnight Chicken Curry. Midnight curry was a combination of black beans sauce and kung pao curry. So a sweetness, cashews added to the gravy.

The desserts options are plenty. We tried -Tiramisu -Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake -Hazelnut & Chocolate mousse -Crème brûlée

Loved the flourless dark chocolate cake for it’s strong coco flavour and moderate sweetness. The Crème brûlée was outstanding - a burst of Of richness and sweetness fit for a king!

The other factors such as prices, service and quality are just the same as their FCRoad...
