MORE DOSA — Restaurant in Pune

Service is very very bad. Totally disappinted .manager and staff is very rude. When i go there and ordered my food.. After long time i got my order. Nd water is not trained. When i stand for order ,one water came to bring some used dishes of customer nd all sambar felt on my dress from back side. I was totally not aware. Nd when i came to know no one said atleast sorry and not gave me tissue paper nd water also to wash my part of dress. All staff only stair at me with no expression at all and they didnt felt guilty also. Totally mad staff. Strongly sugested not...

Quality has drastically reduced with increase in prices. Though they have almost doubled the prices , quality and taste of dosa , pav bhaji and pulav has reduced significantly. Lady on counter and other staff is rude.

Also , I took parcel of pav bhaji for eating at home. Guess what , the pav (bread) given with pav bhaji was tasting sour as if they were few days old. I had to throw away the parcel and order...

This place served us the chewy dosa and Uttapa. The food was for the kids and they could not chew it. When conveyed the feedback, He did not bother to get up and come to our table to hear us. Rather he asked us to bring the plate to his counter. Started citing the reason that the batter is fresh so it will be like this only. The chef was rude. They don’t care for customer feedback.
