Best Pizza Experience Ever at Pizza Hut Bavdhan! I recently visited the Pizza Hut outlet in Bavdhan, Pune, and wow—what an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and lively, with that signature Pizza Hut aroma of fresh-baked dough and melting cheese filling the air. The place is spotless, well-lit, and perfect for a casual hangout with friends or family. The food? Absolutely top-notch! I tried the classic Margherita pizza, loaded with gooey cheese and tangy tomato sauce on a perfectly crisp crust—it was flavorful and generous with toppings. We also got some garlic breadsticks and a refreshing Pepsi, and everything arrived hot and fresh. No complaints at all; it’s clear they use quality ingredients and put care into every order. But what really made this visit unforgettable was the service. The team here is friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. A special shoutout to Ranvir Mogal, an amazing employee (and my friend!) who handled our table with such enthusiasm and professionalism. I went for dine in here on 18th Jan, 2023. in the new Bavdhan outlet.

As true to Pizza Huts falling reputation and brand image - I was wondering why a new franchise would spruce up in the area.

Anyways - first things first The taste - 3/5 - staff delivered a wrong pizza due to miscommunication.( I ordered Italian chicken - was delivered a triple chicken with only 2 toppings!) 🙆🏻‍♀️ What was delivered was also meh in comparison to other local pizza outlets and a dominoes nearby. The staff - Mr Kaustubh doesn’t even know how to punch in the order details in the computer 😂 he had to take help of a cleaner / waiter here and hence wasted 10 mins at billing.

The place is all new and swanky - however, the staff and their tables after early dine in customers are dirty AF and all cutlery, ketchup bottle , oregano and chilli flake bottles are heavily oily and sticky to touch ( OCD kicks in!!). The servers are stinking of bad body odour ( this is my personal hygiene boundary)

We family were seated at the top floor for the view of the Bavdhan main road and voila! The AC doesn’t work there 😂 the brand new outlets AC does not work!!!.

Anyways. I have spent my precious 1k+ INR here for the last time.

Paired it with some cheesy garlic bread and a cold Pepsi, and it all came out piping hot and delicious. You can tell they prioritize fresh, high-quality stuff in every bite. The standout, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. They’re quick, attentive, and genuinely caring. Huge props to Ranvir Mogal, a stellar team member (and buddy of mine!) who elevated the whole experience with his spot-on suggestions, warm energy, and flawless attention to detail.
