New Poona Bakery — Restaurant in Pune

We went to order a customized cake @ Baner branch. There Mr. Suhas Jog informed that usually orders with so much cusotmization are not accepted. But then he spoke to their Chef Mr. Sonu on phone. We sent him photos and designs how we wanted it to look. And Mr. Sonu confirmed that it can be done. Once we got confirmation that this can be done only then the order was placed and accepted by NPB.

Though they said it can be done we were not sure in our minds it to be as beautiful as they made it.

But when we got the order, it was exactly the way we sent them the design. Really very satisfied.

Thanks to Mr. Sonu for preparing it so beautiful and that too on a short notice.

The white base of the cake and the heart shaped design at the top were exactly what we expected. But the flowers were not as we expected. those were bigger size and the color also was dull. We expected a fresh violet color.

But whatever we received it made us happy. We would expect even better service next time. So be on your toes. :)

Irresponsible shop and its owner. Sister in law's birthday party, menu fixed as pizza. Ordered for pizza base in morning, to be delivered in evening. Time promised 5.30 pm. Even by 6.30 pm no sign of pizza at bakery. Wait for 1 hour for delivery van to arrive. 7.35 pm van arrives after 6 calls from our side trying to trace it and when all the boxes are unloaded - no pizza base. Owner has no answer or apology for it, kids at home upset and plans in ruins. Poor and unreliable ourlet. Poona bakery should cancel its...
