Visited PK Biryani in Baner recently, and I would rate the overall experience as just okay. If you're visiting purely for the taste, the food won’t disappoint—but if you're expecting a clean and comfortable dine-in, this might not be your ideal place.
Food Quality: The highlight of this place is definitely the biryani. The flavors are rich, the spices are well-balanced, and the portion size is decent for the price. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the meat was tender and flavorful. It’s clear that they know how to make a good biryani. Other items on the menu were also satisfactory, and the food felt fresh.
Ambience & Cleanliness: Here’s where things go downhill. The restaurant lacks proper hygiene. The tables weren’t clean, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell inside the seating area, and the overall ambiance felt neglected. The place could definitely use a deep cleaning and some attention to basic upkeep. It takes away from the overall dining experience.
Service: Service was average. Staff seemed disinterested, though they were quick enough to take and deliver the order.
Verdict: If you’re planning a quick takeaway or a delivery and only care about good biryani, PK Biryani is worth a try. But for dine-in—especially with family or friends—it’s not a comfortable place. A little effort towards cleanliness and ambiance could really elevate the whole experience.

Read moreI recently visited PK Biryani House during the rainy season, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant itself was not well maintained, and the place was packed with people. To make matters worse, the floor was wet and slippery, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
Despite the less-than-ideal conditions, my friends and I decided to give their biryani a try. While the regular dum biryani was passable, the boneless biryani turned out to be a complete waste of money. The taste was simply not up to par and did not meet our expectations at all.
We were quite dissatisfied with the quality of the boneless biryani, so we decided to bring it to the attention of the staff. Unfortunately, even after expressing our concerns, they still charged us for the dish, despite the fact that we barely touched it due to its unappetizing taste.
Overall, my visit to PK Biryani Restaurant during the rainy season was far from pleasant. The lack of maintenance, the crowded environment, the wet floors, and the disappointing quality of the boneless biryani left a negative impression on me. I hope that the restaurant takes steps to improve their overall experience and addresses customer concerns...
