It's not at all a Biryani, they just cook the chicken and mutton masala and topped with separately prepared rice and call it Biryani.

We have tried mutton and chicken thali and the so called biryani of course. Believe me people nothing was tasty. Let's talk about thali first so in thali the main chicken and mutton gravy was not tasty, i mean there was no meat taste in both the gravy, it feels like prepared separately. No taste for Kheema the egg masala. surprisingly the White gravy (Pandhara Rassa) was tasty. And nothing from Thali. Now about Biryani, I believe they don't give dum to biryani. Just prepare chicken, mutton and rice separately and plate it for serving.

Their starter and main course items might be better which we didn't try.

But the conclusion is Don't go for Thalis and Biryani, you will definitely regret. Else you can try chicken starters and separate mais course...

I visited this place more than 10 times. Every time I had good experience but last time experience is very bad. Staff is totally ignoring you. You need to call staff more than 5 times.

Very first I told to cancel water bottle they said ok and added in my bill then I asked to cancel water bottle then they said We can not cancel as bill is printed.

Second thing is they served big roti at the price of Naan. I ordered Naan and they served me this as shown in picture. If I want to eat roti then why I ordered Naan. 😡😡

Third thing is one of the customer near our table ordered “ sajuk tupatil biryani” ghee biryani and they served them normal biryani and give ghee wati separately.

Very disappointed at this time. Need to improve service and customer knows which is roti and which one is Naan. Please don’t fool...

Horrible experience!!

They don't wash their utensils with soap/detergent or even clean water. They just dip them into a sink filled with dirty water and serve them again to the customers. I saw this and one waiter just dipped 3 steel glasses in the dirty water which was red in colour and placed them on the table!!

I even waited for the utensil cleaner woman to wash the utensils with soap but she didn't and when I asked her if she was done she replied yes all the utensils are properly washed and ready to be used again.

After confronting the receptionist he assured me that they do use soap but I waited for another 20 minutes watching the cleaning lady but she never used the soap. Just dipped all the utensils in the clogged water of the sink and that's it!! Done!!
