A mixed experience, but I might visit again. We walked in on a busy weekend night, so it was quite crowded. We had to wait almost 20 mins before we could get in. Having finally settled down, it was a task to get the waiter to the table. Nobody was bothered with checking for cleaning, water, order, etc. I understand its a busy Friday night, but ignoring customers is the last thing you should do as a business.
When we finally got hold of someone, we ordered a Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Biryani, Anda Masala and Rotis. The Tandoori Chicken was decent, but I have had better Tandoori Chickens. Infact, half a km away from this place Reddy's does a better Tandoori. The Biryani was the best of the lot, well-cooked rice, fragrant, enough masala for the biryani, with juicy, succulent chicken pieces.
The idea behind ordering Anda Masala was that since everything was taking so much, we would order something that was quick to make and serve. But Anda Masala took the longest to arrive, and boy was it a disappointment. It had a mild, Mughlai style gravy, as opposed to the normally Punjabi style spicy, thick gravies that other places have. It tasted good though, but this wasn't what I was expecting. Same for the Rotis, despite askin for a Kadak Roti, I was given a soft plain Roti. When I specifically repeated the 'Kadak' instruction during the second Roti, I got a somewhat crispier Roti but it still wasn't quite what I wanted.
All this would have been passable, had the service not been so bad. The waiters are clueless and running around headless chickens, you never know whom to place the order with, and the kitchen clearly gets overwhelmed during peak hours, leading to long wait times.
The good part is that the place is neat and tidy, clean, well-maintained and a friendly seating space. There's enough parkig outside on the street, and there's a pan shop next to it, if that's a...

We went to this place to celebrate our friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The food was unhygienic and tasted terrible.
We had pre-ordered everything to be ready . for the celebration. However, when we arrived and wanted to enjoy the meal, they refused to serve any vegetarian food – even though their menu clearly shows multiple veg options. The staff casually said the cook wasn’t available and started making random excuses.
To make matters worse, when we asked for a Coke to help digest the food, the staff refused, saying the bill had already been generated – despite the fridge clearly having Coke and water bottles in plain sight. We then asked for water, and the waiter literally walked away from our table, ignored us, and kept roaming near the counter even when we called him multiple times.
What kind of hotel refuses to serve a bottle of water to their guests? Absolutely shameful behavior by the staff.
Never coming back to this...
