This restaurant does not serve water You will have to buy your own water bottle to drink. For last six months they have a standard reply "our RO is not working, it's only ₹20 for the bottle why don't you buy, see all the people are buying bottles no one is objecting" said their Manager mr Sohan Singh.

The place is owned and managed by Haveli Group Mr Harish Jain is the the director he informed.

Rates are very high compared to service as they use plastic plates, plastic glasses, plastic soup bowls.

untrained staff like B-Class waiters in marriage functions, serve you food They just place the dish at the corner of the table and go, it's your job to see who on the table needs that dish. Even clothes they were wearing were not neat and seemed they were not washed for days.

When we visited tissue were missing on the table and we waited for 10 minutes before we coy find waiter who served our table as the other waiters passing by refuse to entertain you.

The supervisor staff is untrained and least bothered about customer concerns. When I was asking for normal water he made me humiliated by saying why can't you spend ₹20 for water when everyone else is doing.

It's like eating on a train, overcrowded place, very noisy place as background music people chit chats, and add to that the sound of chairs being moved here by staff to accommodate people and there disturbing throughout.

I tried this place on recommendation of my taxi driver who said this is the best place for Punjabi food in Model town. I ordered a standard thalli which had veg rice, Shahid paneer, dhaal, dahi, salad with masala sprinkled on it, a mixed veg pot, naan, tandoori style roti and a gulab jamun. I must say the food felt clean fresh and it was tasty and filling, I've had no issues since I've eaten it either. To finish I ordered a sweet lassi which was the perfect accompaniment to the meal. On the whole I enjoyed the meal, the atmosphere was lively with slot of young people and families. The service on the whole was good too although the young woman working on front of house could've of been a bit more helpful, friendly and kind. She looked like she didn't want to be there and when I asked her some thing she blanked me and walked away to fetch somone else to help me. Towards the end they seemed pushy too I wanted to eat and then I wanted to think about a sweet drink or a desert but they seemed pushy almost as if it was time for me to move out so they had space for another guest, this is the reason for the 4 stars rather than 5. After a long time we went for a family party in AM PM. After ordering food and experiencing the service i was shocked at how it has decreased. The food taste and portion was reduced. Service was also not up to the mark. We order snacks there was no green sauce with Manchurian which usually given in every resturant. Even kitni baar bola bhi lekin fir bhi nai ayi. Spoon and forks were put on the plates no jar/pot was available on the table to stock up required chamche and kante.

8-10 persons ki party chal rahi hai toh service ka toh inko khud dhyaan rakhna chaiye tha bit no inko kya hai apne aap awaz denge jisko jo chaiye hoga.

After all experiencing all these and by spending almost two hours I get to know is resturant pe ab log kam aane lag gaye hai. Pehle toh yaha par sitting ni milti thi lekin ab enough sitting was available kyuki 5-6 log hi baithe the baki sab khali tha.

So from my side this was last visit to this restaurant. I am not going to visit again.
