Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

Food is great no doubt about it. These stars are just for that. Had hosted a party on the 3rd floor and the experience was terrible. Only one staff person was alloted for 40 guests. And that's how it is. They didn't inform about this at the time of reservation. That one person took orders, went to first floor to place them, got everything ready and brought it upstairs, and went down again for more. Not to forget he only had to make the kids play games as well. There was no cutlery provided so had to eat in serving trays. After much argument they sent another guy. And we had to call our own domestic staff do the serving.

We were order for Veg & non veg burgers total in 5 meals and our bill was total 1,605. We came specifically to eat here, the cashier said you guys can sit we will server the order in your table. We waited more then 45 mints and then one staff came and said there grill machine is not working. Like seriously after 45 mints you guys will come and tell us your grill machine is not working .. Okay this place is way too good. The service and staff here are way to good. Also I visited this place on Sunday but I never felt the holiday as it was way to peaceful. This place has a good seating place. Unfortunately, this is not a drive thru, so you have to park your car and then get the order. Plus point of this place- a separate floor is present for parties. Burger King was always way too affordable and tasty so no negative comments about food quality.
