Subway Model Town Jalandhar — Restaurant in Punjab

Not at all a good subway. Very bad hospitality. The staff is very casual. They really do have alot of attitude dont know what for. They serve the customers very improperly and very casually. You feel studpid going to there. They laugh with each other while preparing your food which is very very unprofessional. The food too is not the same as it used to be. You must have noticed that whenever you order a chicken sub, the chicken is always very thick and difficult to chew. The vegetables too are cut very improperly which makes you not to want to eat them. If you are in jalandhar, the subway in the urban estate is better to go as the staff there is better, the vegetables are cut finely too and the hospitality is fine too. The main thing is that the subway in model town is close to the subway in urban estate, so you can go in the urban estate one. So it’s better to go to a better place, where you have to pay the same price but...

Subways in India, including this one, cheat customers in variety of ways. If you ask them to put them all, as most do, when asked what toppings would you want in your sub, they cleverly leave out olives and several other ingredients. When I caught them doing this kind of fraud, they told me that the Subway authorities have instructed them to leave out many items and thereby Subway has a totally different and bizzare definition of the term "put them all".

Similarly, their much hyped one sub free with one is also totally bogus for they force you to purchase expensive large soft drink to avail of this offer.

Decided to call off their bluff and to reject...

Subway is subway ,taste never change ,but service always matter's for a customer . This subway has the worst service , 1st they didn't sended the sub i ordered, 2nd they didn't sended the wrap and sended me cake instead of that,3rd they took more money it was ordered through Zomato ,but in actual cake was cheaper than wrap . But even though ,once i agree on all this ,still they didn't even pit sauses in the sub ,jut mayonnaise that's it ,,,,i clearly mentioned all sauses ,,, specially called and said put all of them ,,,,,,but these liers . Worst ever subway experience literally . Worst worst and worst...
